Serenity Ponta Beach House At Boa Vida Estate is 4km north of Ponta Malongane. Serenity Beach House can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms. Kick your shoes off and unwind to the sounds of the sea.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed and ¾ bed with en-suite bathroom and master suite, which is detached from the main house.
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed and 3/4 Beds. En suite.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 shares 1 bathroom.
All linen is provided and bath towels are provided.
Your Space
There is a fully equipped Kitchen Which has a gas stove and there is a gas braai available.
There is a private walkway down to the beach.
The units at Boa Vida are built on a dune with magnificent sea views out your front doors and are perfect for a break from reality.
The Lodge, Hotel Phaphalati, shares its facilities with guests using the sea-facing private houses.
These facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and games area.
The Boa Vida Estate houses are situated with uninterrupted and breathtaking ocean views and are fully equipped for a comfortable holiday.
You do need a 4×4 to get to Boa Vida Estate and should you have one there you can then drive 3 km South to Ponta Malongane or 11 km South to Ponta do Ouro to visit for the day.
All linen is provided EXCEPT beach towels.

There is a large outside deck area – Gas braai (No open fires on deck)
Communal pool can be used at the establishment next door to Boa Vida.
TV with DVD player, DSTV dish and connections provided.
Please bring your decoder, card and remote.
The house is fully serviced daily.
Please note that toiletries are not supplied, please bring own toilet paper.
A 4×4 vehicle is required to access the area and Estate.
Low season rates are based on 2 people minimum – and in total sleeping 10 people

High Season
R 7 690.00 per night and min of 5 nights per booking required
Peak Season
R 7 695.00 per night and min of 10 nights per booking required over December and January Holidays.
Refundable Breakage Deposit charged with Reservation (R 2 000.00). The Breakage Deposit is refunded back to clients less any breakages via EFT.
