Aloha house number 3 is situated on Aloha housing estate in Ponta Mamoli, only a 7-minute stroll along the beach to the famous Frederico’s snorkeling spot.
This house has its own private beach walkway that leads from the house directly onto the beach.
Clients will need a 4×4 to reach the Establishment.

The house has a lodge-style layout. There are 5 separate and spacious en suite bedrooms.
Each bedroom has 1 queen-size bed.
The ensuite bathrooms have a shower, basin, and toilet.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Four of the five bedrooms have sea views. The house can comfortably sleep, 10 people.
Please take note, no children under 12 years allowed.
The kitchen, dining, and lounge area is a separate building to the bedrooms and overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a 5 plate gas stove, microwave and under counter oven, 2 fridges of 270lt each, 1 large freezer box, and all the crockery and cutlery required for self-catering. There is a separate scullery area. There are ceiling fans in the living area.
The house has DStv, aircon in all bedrooms, as well as a backup generator in case the power goes out (this happens from time-to-time in Mozambique). One bath towel is provided per person, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid for dishes are supplied. There is a built outside braai so you can use wood or charcoal to braai. *There is a public launch site available at R100 per launch.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
a Refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure, dependent on breakages.
STAFF TIP
There are two full-time housekeepers. A compulsory tip of R60 per staff member per day needs to be paid directly to the housekeepers on the day that you depart, this includes your arrival and departure date. You can pay them in Rands.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs.
No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules Agents of the property will retain the full breakage deposit.
