This house can accommodate 8 guests. The ideal breakaway for the whole family. Directly across the road from the main Ponta Do Ouro swimming beach.
4 Bedrooms all en-suite. The open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining areas are very spacious.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and comes with 1 large fridge, 2 fridge/freezers, 5 hob gas stove, oven and dishwasher.
There is a 10 seater dining room table in the dining area. Couches, flatscreen TV, DSTV and music system complete the lounge area. The lounge opens up onto a large outside wooden deck with stunning sea views.
The outside living area has a 6 seater dining table, plus a second large wooden table with 2 large benches. There is also three arm chairs and a two seater couch for outside lounging.
At the back of the house is a built in braai area with a table and 6 chairs. There is secure parking inside the yard.

STAFF TIP
Isaac the gardener is very helpful and will help you with unpacking on your arrival. The housekeeper must be paid R220.00 per day

There will be complimentary power on arrival, thereafter electricity is for the account of the client.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
An R3000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 1 month before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00 am.
An R800 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs.
No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules Owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
Out of Season

High Season
- R 6 500.00 per night
- Minimum of 5 nights per booking required
Peak Season
- R 6 500.00 per night and min of 2 or 3 nights over long weekends
- R 6 500.00 per night and min of 7 to 10 nights during December and January holidays

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 70% of the accommodation total wil be refunded
