Beautiful accommodation in Ponta Malongane, Mozambique
This privately owned four bedroom house is situated on Campismo Ninho Estate, which is a private housing estate in Ponta Malongane.
The house can sleep a total of 10 people.
Of the four bedrooms, two are en-suite and two bedrooms share one bathroom. Both the en-suite bathrooms have showers and the bathroom shared by two bedrooms has a bath and a shower.
The two en-suite bedrooms have double beds and the other two bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together or kept apart. There are two single mattresses that can be put in the living area for two kids. All linen is supplied. Bath towels are also provided, please bring your own beach towels. There are enough beds and linen for 10 people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, no ceiling fans.
The open plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped for self-catering. There is a chest freezer and stand up fridge, electric stove and all the kitchen equipment required for self catering. No TV or DSTV, just the sounds of the ocean.
The estate has a communal pool, the pool is only a few meters IN front of the house. The house has fold open glass doors that open up onto a large wooden deck overlooking the ocean. There is a gas braai on the outside deck. The estate has a restaurant and pub onsite overlooking the sea. There is also a TV with DSTV to watch the sport.

STAFF TIP
- The house has a full-time housekeeper, there is a compulsory daily ‘tip’ of R70 for the housekeeper, you can pay this in cash in Rands.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
- a Refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
- Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. an R500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
Low Season @ R 2 200.00 per night and min of 2 nights required per booking
High Season @ R 3 250.00 per night and min of 5 nights required per booking
Peak Season @ R 4 500.00 per night and min of 10 nights required over December and January Holidays
Refundable Breakage Deposit charged with reservation and refunded 14 days after departure less any breakages @ R 3 000.00
