This house is situated on Kangela Estate in Ponta Malongane. It’s on the beach and has its own private wooden walkway that leads to the beach. T

he open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area have glass doors that lead out onto a large wooden deck with Weber braai.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has as 6 hob gas stove and oven, 2 chest freezers, 1 large fridge, and a coffee machine.

The dining room has a 9 seater dining table and chairs.

The house has a boma area and a 9 seater table and chairs on the patio with a Weber braai.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the top floor. Wake up overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean.

3 bedrooms have double beds and 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite with a shower and bath. The third room shares a bathroom with the ‘kiddies’ room that overlooks the garden. The kids’ room has 3 single beds.

The house can sleep a total of 9 people. All beds have mosquito nets and ceiling fans. There is an extra chest freezer in the storeroom and a washing machine. Downstairs is the open plan living area. Fully equipped and fully serviced, you can have a truly relaxing holiday. All you need to bring with is food, drinks, water, and personal toiletries. Undercover parking for 2 cars.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 living area and has a shabby chic beach décor feel with the local input of Reeded blinds and natural fabrics. The architectural layout is in such a way that the bedrooms are privately situated from one other.

Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with linen, bed throws, bedside tables and lamps. 2 Bedrooms are sea-facing and have 1 queen-size bed per bedroom, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are garden facing and have 1 double and 1 single bed per bedroom, both these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The 4 bathrooms have a shower, basin, and toilet. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels along. There are ceiling fans above all the beds. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room area is situated separately to the bedrooms, have your morning coffee in the living area overlooking the pristine beach and protected marine reserve area without disturbing those wanting to have a late sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a 4 hob gas stove (no oven), large fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave. All clients need to bring along is food, drinks, and drinking water. Dishwashing liquid, handy Andy, and other cleaning materials are provided.

Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a gas braai. No wood or charcoal braais are allowed due to the thatch roof. Federico’s snorkeling spot is a short 10-minute stroll down the beach. Ensure you take snorkeling gear along!

a Refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable 1 month before of arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.


There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R100 a day for the housekeeper Victoria and R75 per day for Bongani the gardener, this includes your day of arrival and departure.


Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs.

No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules Agents of the property will retain the full breakage deposit.
