Surrounded by a forest, Mar E Sol is an upmarket self-catering holiday beachfront accommodation complex.
It is located behind the main beach above the bay and will offer you the best sea view in Ponta do Ouro. A short walk from the complex and you will be in the heart of Ponta do Ouro where you can eat at one of our beautiful restaurants, buy some beautiful hand-crafted goods and RnR which is Mozambique’s most famous drink.
The town has a couple of bottle stores, fish-shop, bakery, market with fresh produce and bottled water and Ice. Cellular phone reception is available on international roaming.
Despite being on the same property, these units are designed to ensure privacy from one another. This means that the occupants of each unit have their own separate living spaces, entrances, and facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, which are not shared between the units.
However, although the units are rented out separately, there is also an option available to rent both units at the same time. In other words, if someone wishes to have access to both units simultaneously, they have the flexibility to book both houses, providing them with exclusive access to the entire property. This option might be ideal for larger groups or families who want to stay together while still enjoying their own private spaces.
Please note:
The top of the complex can only be reached by 4X4 or high clearance vehicle with differential lock. However, from the Kosi Bay border to the main entrance of the complex you can reach the complex with a standard vehicle.

The house is serviced once a day. The complex has private secure access to the beach via a main walkway from house to bottom beach gate, with 24 Hour security. An on-site laundry service is available at an additional cost.
Mar E Sol is equipped with a wash bay and enough space should you wish to bring a boat.
