Aloha House 6

The house has a lodge-style layout, it has 5 separate en suite bedrooms. The TV lounge, dining area, and the kitchen is open plan and has sea views from every angle. The living area has large glass doors that open up onto a wooden deck with a sunken infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

The 5 bedrooms are all en suite.
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have 1 king-size, extra length bed per bedroom.
Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed.
Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and a bunk bed as well as a loft area with 2 single mattresses, sleeping 6 people, en suite bathroom. If you add up the beds you will note the house accommodates 19 people, however, a maximum of 16 people are allowed to occupy the house due to overload on the septic tank.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and overhead ceiling fans as well as 4 poster mosquito nets, except the queen bed in room 4, 2 single beds in room 5, and the 2 lofts. All the bedrooms have shelves and hanging space for clothes.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas top stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, small electric chopper, electric beater, ice machine, toaster, Nespresso De Longhi cappuccino machine using large pods, sandwich maker.

The kitchen and lounge have overhead ceiling fans.

There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, a chest-deep freezer, a double door fridge, and 2 sinks where the dishes are washed. There is also a separate storeroom with a lock-up linen cupboard, lockup food cupboard, as well as a chest freezer.

All linen and bath towels are provided, please take beach towels with you. No ice machine but ice is provided on arrival customers can buy ice from barracka shops just outside Aloha. At cutta corner. We have a charcoal Weber and outside braai. No gas braai.

Cancellation Policy

Important Information

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

Please take note that there is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.

STAFF TIP

There is a compulsory staff tip of R100.00 per day for Lydia and Martha (R50.00 each) and R150.00 for Sam per day. This includes the day of arrival and departure. Please pay the full amount to Sam on the day of departure and he will distribute accordingly. The staff working hours are From: 08 am – 04 pm (Monday to Friday) 08 am – 01 pm (Saturday and Sunday) Should you require their services outside of these hours, there will be an overtime charge of R50 per hour per staff member.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R1 500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs.

No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules Agents of the property will retain the full breakage deposit.
