Centrally located, the Resort is within walking distance from Ponta Do Ouro’s shops, restaurants, a market, bank, petrol station and bars, including the ever-popular Fernando’s local pub, and a magnificent stretch of beach, offering a multitude of water based activities, including scuba diving, fishing, sun downer cruises and dolphin interactions.

The Resort is equipped with a full back-up generator. Should the power go out for any reason, the generator will ensure full power to the entire Resort.
The Resort consists of 20 units (16 duplexes and 4 simplexes), catering for 6 adults and 2 children per unit only, complete with a well-equipped full self-catering kitchen, mosquito nets in all rooms, spacious lounge, DSTV, air-conditioning, a braai area. Units are serviced daily.
Duplex Units (3, 4, 7 – 20)
The Unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom and the second bedroom is upstairs with a balcony. The third bedroom is down stairs.
1st bedroom: King-size bed with full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower & wash basin).
2nd bedrooms: 2 x single beds pushed together with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet & wash basin).
3rd bedroom: 2 x single beds pushed together and a bunk bed with an adjacent bathroom (shower, wash basin & toilet). The bunk beds are for children only, not adults.
These units accommodate 6 adults and 2 children per unit only.
Simplex Units (1, 2, 5 & 6)
The Unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
1st bedroom: King-size bed with full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower & wash basin).
2nd bedrooms: 2 x single beds pushed together with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet & wash basin).
3rd bedroom: 2 x single beds pushed together and a bunk bed with an adjacent bathroom (shower, wash basin & toilet). The bunk beds are for children only, not adults.
These units accommodate 6 adults and 2 children per unit only.
Unit 2 & 6 third bedroom and bathroom are also wheelchair friendly.
Kindly note the following:
- All linen and bath towels are provided.
- Bathroom towels will not be permitted to be used at the pool area or the beach. Beach towels are not provided by the Resort.
- Mosquito nets have been installed in all the bedrooms.
- A charcoal stainless steel braai is provided in each unit. Charcoal can be purchased at reception.
- No wood fires are allowed.
Kindly take note of the Key Deposit of R200.00 per unit that must please be paid on check-in at the resort.
Please note that Rico Check-out Time is strictly at 10H00 AM and Check-in Time is from 14H00.
Rates are quoted based on the daily exchange rate on day of enquiring and day of booking.

Coco Rico booking Terms and Conditions.
- Payment policy:
Low Season:
To secure your reservation deposit payment of 50% is payable within 7 days of making a provisional booking. The balance is payable strictly 14 working days prior to arrival.
Please note that the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival on group bookings.
Mid-Peak Season:
To secure your reservation deposit payment of 50% is payable within 2 days of making a provisional booking. Please note that the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Please use your invoice number as Payment Reference.

Note: the system will automatically remove your booking after 7 days if deposit is not received.
FOREX (SWIFT PAYMENTS):
Strictly all bank fees and commissions are payable by the guest.
Please note that the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply ON THE FULL BOOKING:
If booking is cancelled, 15% handling fees will be applicable.
If booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to occupation, 50% is payable.
If booking is cancelled 1 week prior to occupation, 100% is payable.
Group bookings 5 or more units 50% is non-refundable if cancelled 3 weeks prior to occupation.
Group bookings 5 or more units 100% is non-refundable if cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to occupation.
