It is located behind the main beach above the bay and will offer you the best sea view in Ponta do Ouro. A short walk from the complex and you will be in the heart of Ponta do Ouro where you can eat at one of our beautiful restaurants, buy some beautiful hand-crafted goods and RnR which is Mozambique’s most famous drink.
The town has a couple of bottle stores, fish-shop, bakery, market with fresh produce and bottled water and Ice. Cellular phone reception is available on international roaming.

The house is situated in the third row from the beach with a beautiful Sea View of the Bay. The house consist of two sections, top house sleeps 8 people and the bottom house sleeps 4 people. ONLY top house can be rented out and bottom of house stays empty during your stay. OR both sections can be let out.

Fridge & freezer; tumble drier; dishwasher; microwave; stove & oven; all the utensils you will need cutlery & crockery for 10 people.
The Deck
An awesome view overlooking Ponta do Ouro Bay. With a gas braai. Gas refills are available at reception.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms can sleep 8 people.

Bathrooms:
Four ensuite identical bathrooms. The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and will be supplied.
BOTTOM FLATLET – Description
The Flatlet sleeps 4 people. House 31 B is built underneath the Top House but Private with a private entrance. Both houses can be occupied at the same time for larger groups. BUT houses can also be booked out at same time for different clients, however as mentioned the houses are separate from each other.

The house is serviced once a day. The complex has private secure access to the beach via a main walkway from house to bottom beach gate, with 24 Hour security. An on-site laundry service is available at an additional cost.
Mar E Sol is equipped with a wash bay and enough space should you wish to bring a boat.
