Makana 3B is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the secure Makana Estate in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the house offers beautiful sea views, a private swimming pool and direct estate access to Frederico’s Beach and its popular snorkelling spot.
Makana 3B is positioned in the second row of houses from the beach and enjoys lovely views over the Indian Ocean. A private Makana Estate beach walkway leads directly onto the sand at Frederico’s Beach, with the snorkelling spot in the water directly in front of you.
The house accommodates 10 guests in four air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and sleeps four guests. There is also a separate guest toilet off the main living area.
The bright, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area provides plenty of space for families and friends to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, fridge/freezer, separate chest freezer, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Large glass sliding doors open the living area onto a spacious wooden deck overlooking the ocean. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a shaded gazebo with seating, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining area – ideal for relaxed afternoons by the pool. There is a sheltered built-in braai and seating area to enjoy your evening braais.
Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi is provided and can be used to stream entertainment, including South African DStv

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
A 4×4 vehicle is required to access Makana Estate in Ponta Mamoli.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
Please take note that there is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit that is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date, depending on breakage/items missing at the house.
STAFF TIP
The house is serviced daily by a full-time housekeeper, who also washes the dishes. There is no compulsory staff tip; however, a gratuity is always welcome
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R1 500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs.
No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
