This beautiful luxurious Property is located on the hill behind the main beach in Ponta do Ouro and consists of houses called the top and bottom deck houses that is located on top of each other.  

Located close to the main beach in Ponta do Ouro and offering the guests staying at the house a beautiful setting with beautifully maintained gardens,  wooded decks leading the guests staying at the 2 houses to the shared pool, gardens-pace and the 2 houses private entrances.

Each deck having it’s own private space including patio with gas-grill, open plan living and fully equipped kitchen area.Each deck leads from the wooded pathways up stairs to each own private entrance, private living space and private patio for each guest group to enjoy. The 2 decks share the parking area, garden space and pool.

Guests staying at the Seaview house can enjoy lovely sea views from the deck or living area. Each deck comes with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 fitted with double bed and 4th with 2 single beds, all beds fitted with mosquito nets, all rooms are fitted with cupboard space, main bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and other 3 bedrooms served by a guest bathroom with shower and bath.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen and luxuriously furnished living room walk out on the patio with gas grill overlooking the ocean. The living room comes with a tv and DVD player, please note no satellite services available.

Please note:

Each deck has a secure parking space for 1 vehicle and trailer

A refundable breakage deposit fee is payable on all bookings with the final balance due before arrival which will be fully refunded with no breakages/damages occurred during guest stay

Daily cleaning tip per house that includes daily servicing of the house payable to Care-taker before departure, the fee does not include extras like washing of clothes.

No loud noises between 22H00 and 07H00 AM

Bed linen and bath towels supplied, guests need to bring their own beach towels to use around the pool and on the beach.

Please close doors and windows if running the aircons.

IMPORTANT: NO MORE THAN THE ALLOWABLE PAX OF 8 GUESTS PER DECK. THE AMOUNT OF 8 GUESTS INCLUDE BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN. NO GUEST IS ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON THE COUCHES IN THE LIVING AREA.
