The comfortable beds of the air conditioned bedrooms are covered in “4 poster” style mosquito nets.
There are 2 separate decks referred to as the “upstairs” and “downstairs”. Each house sleeps 8 people and the houses can be used individually or for a group to comfortably accommodate 16 people.
Big open plan kitchen and living area with kitchen fully equipped and tv with DVD player in living area unfortunately no satellite or Tv services, guests can bring DVD’s, hard drive with movies, or device with own HDMI cable and internet access to link to guest’s own account for tv services like netflix etc.
A gas braai is conveniently located on the front veranda of each house and you can enjoy the most incredible sunsets from the rear of the house. Should you prefer a traditional fire braai there is a built in braai nestled in the garden at the pool.
Parking for 4 cars
The houses are serviced daily at an extra fee payable to cleaning staff before departure

Guests have private access to the house they stay in with the whole living area in the house and each house have it’s own private deck with gas-grill, with 2 houses on top of each other on the same property, guests will be sharing the garden space, pool and parking area with other guests staying in the bottom deck.

1. No more than 8 guests per deck per night and guests might have to share the outside of the property with potential guest booking in the alternate deck
2. No loud noises after 21H00 and before 07H00 allowed.
3. Breakages/damages must be reported to care-taker and guests staying at the house will be held liable for any breakages including kitchen glassware.
4.House only reachable with 4X4 and only 4 vehicles securely parked inside the gated area
