Beautiful Private Accommodation in Ponta Malongane Mozambique
Kangela Estate is situated just North of the Malongane point, a half hour (16 km) sand road drive by 4X4 from the Kosi Bay border. The estate shares the entrance with Tartaruga Maritima which has 8 en-suite tents in the forest just behind the primary dunes. All houses at Kangela Estate have their own parking and are situated close to the beautiful uninterrupted Ponta Malongane beach.
Accommodation/Rooms. On a small and fairly exclusive estate, House 10 sleeps 10 guests comfortably, but if there are young kids/teenagers, etc. 12 people can easily be accommodated. Bedrooms:

- (TV with DStv), large open plan kitchen with gas stove, ample fridge and freezer space, dining area, and a small bar with a fridge for cool drinks, an ice machine, and a reverse osmosis water filter.
Outdoor area:
- Deck with a magnificent view and seating. Built-in braai with ample seating (dining style). Lower deck: Small plunge pool, sun loungers, and a gazebo.
Laundry/Storeroom:
- Freezer for fish and bait. Spare fridge and freezer for guests’ use. Some storage space. a generator is available, kindly supply or replace the fuel you use.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.
STAFF TIP Hours: 07:00 to 16:00 The house is serviced by a housekeeper, at R150 per day. She cleans, makes beds, and washes up. She is not available to cook or do any extra chores. A gardener is shared with House 9 at R75 per day. He will keep the outside area neat and tidy, set up the shade on the beach, take down cooler boxes, clean the braai area, etc. Should guests require extra staff this can be requested from management, which the guest will then be entirely responsible for.
EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. A R800 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the house. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
