Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house, no sea view, 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet.
Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, has no sea view, 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet.
The house has no houses in front of it and has unobstructed sea views. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean. There is also a stand-alone braai on the deck as well as a gas braai and a Weber braai.
This house also has an outside shower.
There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean. Campismo Ninho runs off a borehole. Notwithstanding this, there are 2 x 5000L tanks which can be operated independently should the necessity arise. There is also a generator that is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
- Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R500 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 70% of the accommodation total wil be refunded
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 0% of the accommodation total will be refunded
