Beautiful Self-catering accommodation in Ponta Malongane, Mozambique
Campismo Ninho Estate is situated in Ponta Malongane. The estate consists of privately owned houses as well as a communal swimming pool, restaurant, and bar overlooking the sea.
House 41 is a tastefully decorated, double-story, beach house. The house has 5 en-suite bedrooms. The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as per below:
MAIN HOUSE: The upstairs section of the house is the Main House. There are 4 bedrooms of which two bedrooms are sea facing and two bedrooms are forest facing. The two sea-facing bedrooms have one queen bed each with en-suite bathrooms that have a shower, bath, toilet, and handbasin. The two forest facing bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed per room, the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and handbasin. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Main House comfortably sleeps, 10 people. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with top-quality equipment, including a SMEG oven and gas hob with 4 gas plates. There is a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, double door fridge, and freezer. There is a TV with DSTV, no need to bring your smart card and decoder along, the DSTV is connected for your ease. All bedrooms have air conditioners.
FAMILY APARTMENT: The downstairs section of the house has one queen size bed and a sleeper couch( this apartment has forest views ) for 2 kids under age 12. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. The linen is provided and is 200 thread count. Comfortably sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids age 12 or under. There is a kitchenette in the apartment, fully equipped for self-catering. This house can be rented as a whole or if you are a family of 4 you can book only the Family Apartment on the bottom level of the house.
Lydia and John are the two full-time staff that work at house 41. Staff tips will be appreciated. The family apartment has no television. The house has a generator for when there are power cuts.
The generator is capable of running the lights and fridges. The house also has a 5000 liter Jojo water tank that can run independently should the need arise. The house runs on a septic tank system so please do not flush any foreign products down the toilets. And no smoking in the house is allowed, only on the outside veranda. If rented separately the family apartment has a Weber braai on the veranda. The family apartment has — fridge/freezer/induction cooker/kettle and microwave.

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 70% of the accommodation total will be refunded

The communal splash pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
- a Refundable Breakage Deposit of R3000 payable one month prior to arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
- Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. a R800 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
