This double-story thatch roof house can sleep 12 people. It is located on Kangela Estate within close proximity of Ponta Malongane and less than a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The house is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a full-time housekeeper named Maria as well as a gardener to assist you. Duties include washing dishes, doing all of your laundry, ironing, washing cars, carry your beach gear to and from the beach and also tend to the general cleaning of the house as well as the pool.

There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed. 5 bathrooms of which 3 bathrooms are en-suite. All the bedrooms have overhead ceiling fans. All linen and bathing towels are provided. We ask that you only bring your own beach towels.

Upstairs is a lounge and bar with a large outside deck overlooking the ocean. Enjoy an ice-cold 2M beer while watching whales and dolphins play in the distance.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and outside deck living area with a large dining table, overlooking the swimming pool and garden.

There is also a boma with a fire pit and chairs where you can sit down and braai your favorite meal while listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is a Webber Braai, Please bring your own charcoal with.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: an R4,000 breakage deposit is payable. This a 100% refundable deposit and is refunded 2 weeks after your departure date, dependent on breakage/damage/loss at the house.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Check-in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 am. an R800 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules owners will retain the full breakage deposit.
