Clients will need a 4×4 to reach the Establishment.
Casa Tartaruga Azul – Private free standing House in Ponta Mamoli, Just a short drive to the closest beach and Frederico’s, which is also a lovely dive site.
This lovely, comfortable private house offers the following:
Garden
- Lovely outside garden
- Parking for 4 vehicles
- Boma area overlooking the ocean
- Charcoal Braai
- Private pool
- Small foot path down to the beach.
NB: The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. No security netting provided for the pool. Kids are to be supervised at all times.
Kitchen
- Fully equipped Kitchen
- Gas stove – NO oven.
- Bathrooms are powered by Gas – (please DO NOT fiddle with the gas bottles and approach the maintenance guys for any assistance)
- Standard cutlery and crockery for 8 people
- Standard kettle, toaster, Microwave
- Standard Fridge freezer
- Small free standing chest freezer.
Lounge and Deck area
- The lounge and kitchen is open plan.
- The lounge area is spacious enough for kids to sleep with foam mattresses.
- The lounge opens up onto a large wooden outside deck.
- Outside chair cushions provided. PLEASE ensure that cushions are taken inside at night.
- the TV is not a smart TV. Please bring own USB / HDMI cable and run laptop through TV.
- However there is a router with a sim card – The cleaning lady will assist you by loading data (PLEASE provide her with funds in order to load for you)

- Linen provided
- 4 x additional foam mattresses available for kids under 10 – NO LINEN provided. Guests to provide own linen and pillows for the extra mattresses.

- All Bathrooms are en-suite (4 Bathrooms)
- Bathroom 1 (Shower, toilet and basin)

- NO BEACH OR BATH TOWELS PROVIDED.

Please note that the house operates on solar power, while the bathrooms and kitchen are powered by gas.
Air conditioners can ONLY be switched on in the day. Owners have provided free standing fans for nighttime use.
If air-conditioning is run throughout the night, the power of the Inverter will not last for longer than 3 – 4 hours.
The house has 1 x security guard who looks after the house. 1 x Maintenance / Gardener who can also assist with unpacking and packing up. 1 x cleaning lady who comes in daily for your basic cleaning (Sweeping, mopping, dishes and making of beds.)
Low Season @ R 450.00 per person per night min 4 max 8 people
- Minimum of 2 nights per booking required
High Season @ R 500.00 per person per night min 4 max 8 people
- Minimum of 5 nights per booking required
Peak Season @ R 4 000.00 per night
- Minimum of 7 nights per booking required over December and January Holidays
- Min of 2 or 3 nights over Long Weekends
Important Information
WHAT TO BRING:
- Toilet Paper
- Beach Towels
- Bath towels
- ALL cleaning product’s – which clients can take upon departure. (Dishwashing liquid, black bags etc)
- Food and Drinks (House is self-catering)
- Personal toiletries (Mosquito spray)
- Own drinking water
- Own beach equipment like Gazebo’ s, camping chairs umbrellas
- Charcoal and wood.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
- Check-in is 14:00 and
- Check out is 10:00 am.
- Depending on the season early check in’s can be arranged prior to arrival.
- Check out time is strictly 10:00 am.
